Already have the hat, bag, or jacket? Order the patch by itself. We laser-engrave leatherette and full-grain leather, or UV-print full-color artwork, then cut to shape.117 leatherette colors and 9 full-grain hides. Specialty sheets are confirmed before we cut.

Leatherette
Thick laser-ready sheets, about 1.5–1.85 mm, with heat-activated adhesive on the back. We don't sew and we don't thread. Optional lasered holes if you want them punched. Engraving burns through the top color so the core shows — usually black, or silver, gold, copper, or red on metallic sheets.
Full-grain leather
Vegetable-tanned hide, 4–5 oz (about 1.6–2.2 mm). Natural grain, not a printed texture. Colors we cut: Black, Hazel, Whiskey Tan, Natural, Cocoa Brown, Bison Brown, Olive Green, Sea Grass, and Merlot.
Heat adhesive
Every patch ships with heat-activated adhesive. Press it on. We don't sew and we don't thread.
Lasered holes
Optional. We punch the holes on the laser. If you want them stitched later, that's on you or another shop — we don't thread.
The leatherette wall
Photographs of the actual sheets — engraved samples, no supplier marks. Heat-pressed look, no thread. Tap a swatch to start a patch-only order.
How engraving reads
Two-tone sheets have a surface color and a core. The laser burns the surface so the core becomes the artwork. UV print keeps your full-color file on the face, then we cut the outline.

Standard cuts
These are the blank sizes we cut most. Marks are to scale with each other. Hat fronts stay under about 3.5 inches wide and 2.55 inches tall. Custom die-cuts and the Louisiana outline follow your artwork.

Rounded Rectangle standard cut is 3.5" × 2.1". Scale up or down if you need it.

Classic, saddle, metallic cores, pull-up, neon, camo, carbon fiber, woodgrain, vintage, denim, golfball, cork, holographic, and full-grain. Preview them on the live patch in the builder.
